Women's Vintage Handmade Boho Patchwork Maxi Dress Polka Dots & Gingham Plaid

Fantastic women's vintage maxi dress. Textured white upper with puffy sleeves and low neckline. Awesome patchwork bottom with a red and white polkadot pattern with a black and white gingham pattern. Great boho vintage look. Slight lace detail around collar and sleeve ends. Dress has some minor flaws. One sleeve has two small spots as pictured. Top of sleeves slight yellowing on top of sleeves from hanger storage for decades. Otherwise, it is a great vintage shape that has been waiting for you.
