Fantastic Art Deco Lead Cut Crystal Perfume Decanter With Sail Boat Top

Lovely lead cut crystal perfume decanter. Has solid multisided diamond like bottom with fantastic tall sail boat sail like top. Beautiful piece. Has one small chip on edge of point on top shown in the last picture if you can catch it. Otherwise, in breathtaking shape. Can not make out sticker on bottom. Not sure it it is a Irice sticker or if it says made in Germany. Well crafted and brilliant clarity.
