Speckled Blue Glazed North Carolina Pottery Canister Jar with Lid

Spectacular glaze and color canister jar with lod. Beautiful North Carolina Pottery. Has a blue speckled glaze with a brownish red around top. Wonderfully made by a talented Potter. Unfortunately this jar had a mishap and has a break around lid of jar. Break is shown and did not crack the jar, just chip that part clean off. Lid is fine and wasn't damaged. Still a beautiful functional jar and when turned can be great as a display piece for someone. Owned for about 25 years.
