Great flashback of the 1980s with this cute black asymetrical mini dress. Steppin' Out New York / Los Angeles made in USA. Has one strap with decoration on shoulder. Short back ruffled multi layered mini. Has bunching. Made of 100% acetate. Neat Shiney black material. Has some minor condition issues, a few lighter spots due to material rubbing? A few stray threads here and there. Otherwise nice shape on this vintage dress.
