1940s or 50s multicolored feathered cloche hat

This reminds me of the amazing Brackish bowties out of Charleston, SC. Fantastic feathered cloche or maybe a fascinator hat. Some of the feathers are not perfect after all this time but no major issues. I like the lace fishnet like inside.
